Recipe: Curryslaw

So you've all run out to your butcher to purchase a sheep's head to prepare after reading the first installment of Dispatches From Mongolia right? Here is a side dish that is less exotic, but closer to my heart. My grandfather used to make curryslaw, and the recipe was adapted by my father.

WARNING: My father has some condition that makes him unable to taste anything but the strongest flavors, so this is not for the faint of heart.

DISCLAIMER: As with all of my recipes, each ingredient is "to taste".

If you are still reading a recipe after a warning and disclaimer, than you are true fatherfolk. Here we go:
Napa Cabbage
Shredded carrot
Juice from one lemon
Yellow Curry (to taste)
Mayonnaise (to taste)
2 cloves of fresh garlic

Shred, mix, and enjoy!
